1. A Westfield London VIP pass will be provided at the Westfield concierge desk to those that book the ‘Shop London’ package. Guests must present their Hotel key card to obtain the pass. The pass will provide discounts at selected stores, plus a discount at The Meat and Wine Co,
2. To take advantage of The Meat & Wine Co offer, present the VIP pass at The Meat & Wine Co restaurant at Westfield London and receive a 10% discount on the cost of the meal
3. The Westfield VIP pass is valid for 2 weeks from point of collection.
4. Meat & Wine Co offer a complimentary glass of house red/white, beer or soft drink upon purchase of a meal from the a la carte menu*

General Promotion Terms:
1. Offer valid for bookings made within 1st April to 30th September 2009
2. Payment for the 1st night of your stay will be taken within 24 hours of your reservation being made & is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
3. Balance of reservation must be settled at your selected hotel upon arrival/check-in
4. In the event of early departure no refund will be offered
5. Amendments can be made to your booking, free of charge, on or prior to 2pm on day of arrival. The amendment can only be made within the original promotion and at the original hotel chosen. Note any changes to a booking will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal more than your original reservation
6. Amended reservations will remain bound by the terms of the original booking
