The Brighton Sea Life Centre combines the magic of classical Victorian architecture and the wonder of exotic and rare marine life. Located on the aptly named Marine Parade, this popular attraction is located close to many Brighton UK hotels such as the Copthorne Hotel Effingham Gatwick.

Built during the reign of Queen Victoria this was one of the first marine aquariums in the country. Today it has been hailed as one of the most technologically advanced in Europe. The Brighton Sea Life Centre is home to over 150 different species of marine life and has a total of 57 displays. Among the popular attractions is the 150 foot long underwater tunnel which is one of the longest in Europe. Watch in amazement as deadly sharks and lumbering turtles glide effortlessly around you.

Visitors can also experience the beauty of tropical marine life at the Tropical Reef. A model of a coral reef is on display here, together with many colourful varieties of fish and marine plant life.
