Sunday Lunches Throughout the Year The Brasserie Restaurant - Don’t forget we are open every Sunday for Traditional Sunday lunch. Relax and enjoy the afternoon with loved ones and friends. 3-course buffet lunch £15. Kids under 10 eat half price. Tuesday Curry Nights On Tuesday evenings our Indian Chef prepares a hot buffet with a selection of traditional Indian dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Tikka Masala, Vegetable Korma, Naan Breads and Samosas. The selection varies each week. Wednesday Summer BBQs - June to August We will be hosting a weekly BBQ on Wednesday evenings. £15.00 eat as much as you like! Relax whilst enjoying our beautiful gardens and delightful summer BBQs. Sumptuous food, superb atmosphere, friendly service. 7.00pm – 9.30pm. Served on the Caledonian Garden Terrace. Tickets available at the White Swan Pub. Thursday American Themed Buffet Every Thursday we host a American Themed buffet, spicy chicken wings, southern style chicken, sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce, BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, are a few examples of this delightful buffet. Daily Country House Afternoon Tea Our house speciality served between 2pm and 5pm daily combines a scrumptious selection of sandwiches, mini pastries, scones and shortbread biscuits, either inside the quaint library bar or why not relax in our garden and enjoy the sunshine. £11.50 per person. Murder Mystery Looking for great entertainment can be Murder. Look no further! The Copthorne Hotel presents an evening of compulsive entertainment set over a sumptuous three-course meal. Wedding Fair - Sunday 28th September Caledonian Suite will be set up as a wedding for viewing 11:00am to 4:00pm. The Worth North Suite and Caledonian Suite each boast their own fine wedding facilities to celebrate your special day. Along with our hotel wedding team, a wide range of exhibitors will be present to offer advice and expertise in the planning of your special day. Fashion Show - Sunday 28th September Fashion Show in Ardingly Suite 12.30pm to 2.30pm, £2 entry fee or call the events office on 01342 34 8899 for details on free passes.
