Fans of Rebecca Ferguson are heading to hotels in Manchester to see the Liverpudlian songstress live in concert.

Having narrowly missed out on the top spot in 2010's The X Factor to Matt Cardle, single-mother Rebecca is now setting out on her first headline tour of the UK.

Her stunning voice stood her head and shoulders above other X Factor contestants and her success is one of the true rags to riches stories to emerge from the show.

A qualified legal secretary, the mother-of-two toiled to get where she is now and following long sessions in the recording studio released her first album, Heaven, in December.

Celebrated for not turning her back on her soul and RnB roots, Heaven made it to number three in the UK charts.

Rebecca Ferguson plus special guests play at The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on Monday February 20th. Doors open at 7pm and tickets cost between £19.50 and £32.50 plus booking fee.
