An epic new production of the Phantom of the Opera is heading to the Theatre Royal, with audiences booking hotels in Plymouth if they are heading to the show.

The latest production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical masterpiece will premiere at the Theatre Royal Plymouth next month before it heads out on a national tour giving fans and newbies alike the chance to see it for the first time.

Produced by Cameron Mackintosh and The Really Useful Theatre Company, the latest take on the show is a true extravaganza and a must for any musical fan.

With John Owen-Jones playing the coveted Phantom role and Katie Hall taking on the part of Christine, the epic show will delight audiences with never-before seen choreography and costumes.

The Phantom of the Opera 2012 comes to the Theatre Royal Plymouth on February 27th and runs until March 31st. Tickets cost between £20 and £49.
