We hold Asian Wedding Fayres on a regular basis from 12pm to 5:30pm, where you can enjoy a variety of fantastic exhibitors who will be on hand to provide you with expert advice on all aspects of your wedding day. We also offer special exhibition prices for events that are booked during the fayre. Entry to the fayre is free and car parking is also complimentary.  We are easy to find, just off Junction 6 of the M4.

Fantastic rates are available for the Royal Suite which can accommodate up to 280 guests, offering a private reception area for welcoming your guests.  For a more intimate gathering, there are smaller suites available including the Ascot Suite which is a perfect venue for a civil ceremony, religious ceremony or event. With over 200 hotel rooms for guests, the hotel matches this with ample car parking.  

Tabasum Malik, the Asian Events Co-ordinator, holds years of event planning experience particularly in organising Asian weddings.  Her personal touch and expertise helps put couples at ease in preparation for the big day. The Copthorne Hotel has their own in-house caterer provided by Asian catering specialist Itihaas.  The hotel can also provide a list of recommended suppliers such as DJs, decorators, other caterers, etc to help make the event go smoothly.
