News|Slough looks forward to Edinburgh FestivalOn July 26th, Slough's West Wing Arts Centre will host performances by Paul Tonkinson and Jon Richardson. Time Out comedian of the year award winner Tonkinson will present his show The Anti Mid-Life Crisis, which deals with the various issues and concerns associated with modern living. Tonkinson has appeared on a number of TV comedy shows and has been described as "brilliant" by the Independent. Jon Richardson won the Chortle Award in 2007 and was nominated for the If.Comedy best newcomer award in the same year. According to the Herald, Richardson "could well be the best comic of his generation", while his show Dogmatic was described by the Scotsman as "effortlessly slick".
