We are delighted to offer Turner’s Grill at the Copthorne Hotel. Menus are created and designed by celebrity chef Brian Turner, a household name up and down Britain thanks to appearances on programmes such as 'This Morning', 'Ready Steady Cook' and 'Food and Drink'.

Working alongside our own executive chef, this truly elegant restaurant offers simple and traditional cuisine in stylish surroundings.

Our menu offers superb British dishes using the very best ingredients.  Our latest menu includes sumptuous starters such as citrus cured salmon with cress and horseradish dressing or pheasant terrine wrapped in bacon with toasted brioche.  Why not try our traditional mains such as double lamb cutlet with hot onion chutney or roasted red pepper tart with chilli and coriander dressing.  We also have a variety of delicious steaks, cooked to your liking. We offer an array of desserts such as blueberry fudge bread and butter pudding or chocolate fudge mousse with orange milkshake.
