Meetings & Banquets|Shannon Suite The Shannon Suite is the hotel's largest conference/ banqueting suite, which provides a high degree of flexibility, making it suitable for all manner of events, from a small seminar to a major product launch in London. Meeting facilities with glitch free services are available to the guest at this purpose-built suite. It can also be sub-divided into three separate function rooms, each accommodating up to 100 guests, giving you the opportunity to utilise adjoining seminar and breakout rooms. The Shannon Suite is presented to a very high standard, featuring warm, natural
woods. It offers a spacious, dedicated reception/ foyer area, air conditioning, integral
multifunctional lighting and sound system. Wi-Fi Internet access is available in this
room.
The maximum capacity of Shannon Suite is 400 guests for a reception or up to 280 in
theatre style.
