Situated in the heart of the city centre with fantastic conservatory views of
some of Glasgow's most elegant Victorian architecture, the Brasserie on George Square offers
relaxed dining in uniquely impressive surroundings. Placing a strong emphasis on locally
produced food with an array of seafood dishes using Loch Fyne produce and melt in the mouth
Scottish Beef, specially selected and aged from Thurso.
Some of the mouth watering dishes on offer include: "Pan Fried Loch fyne Scallops
served with Black pudding", "Braised Shank of Ayrshire Lamb" and the Chef's special "Chocolate
Fondant served with Honeycomb Ice Cream and Orange Mascarpone"
The Brasserie offers conservatory seating as well as tables in the main
restaurant and is attentively presided over by accommodating staff. The contemporary, yet relaxing
decor and friendly, professional service offer the perfect venue for faultless food in tasteful
modern surroundings.
Lunch: 12:00 - 14:00 Dinner: 18:00 - 21:00 Special Menus are available on request including Children's, Vegetarian, GM Free Food. We also provide High Chairs for younger diners. |
