The Millennium Knightsbridge hotel has a dedicated team to assist you – we can tailor your individual requirements to suit your budgets and ensure the very best value for money. The majority of our meeting rooms have natural daylight and have their own unique style and character whilst maintaining a consistent level of service.

• A guaranteed response to your enquiry within three hours of receipt
• A dedicated event planner who will deal with your event
• A guest information pack and a copy of our internal documentation is provided to ensure your event runs smoothly on the day for all your delegates
• You will be met by your dedicated event organiser who will double check final arrangements and make any necessary last minute changes
• Meeting rooms will be set up in the format requested at least 45 minutes before the time agreed
• All audio visual equipment will be fully tested and assistance provided if necessary
• Messages will be delivered within 10 minutes of receipt to an agreed destination
• All refreshment breaks will be creative, flexible and on time
• A debrief after the event with a meeting planner to ensure all your needs were met
• You will receive an invoice within 5 working days of your event clearly detailing all costs

Our four flexible meeting rooms, all with natural or secondary daylight, face on to the central Atrium of the hotel, on the second floor. This light and airy balcony offers an ideal area for breaks, registration or exhibition requirements.
 
From 4 to 100 people – these rooms also lend themselves perfectly for private dining and are ideal to enjoy any event such as birthday or anniversary lunches and dinners or company celebrations.
 
MU Restaurant & Lounge can be hired for up to 250 people.
