As part of the contemporary classical Reverb festival at Camden's Roundhouse, London hotel guests can see the amazing Aurora Orchestra in all their glory.

A fantastic young ensemble, the Aurora Orchestra are conducted by Nicholas Collon and will present the epic Love Song for the City in a typically eclectic evening of music.

Further performances of Strauss' Metamorphosen and Michael Gordon's Gotham follow, depicting city life in post-was Germany and skyscraper New York while being set against stunning black and white film.

Following an urban theme of rebirth following violent destruction, the piece celebrates the vitality and richness of the city in a venue that is itself a celebration of the possibilities of rebirth.

The roundhouse was a Victorian steam engine repair shed that was restored to become one of London's premier live venues.

This is a rare opportunity to catch the Aurora Orchestra, who recently won the RPS Ensemble Award.

Aurora Orchestra – Love Song For The City is at the Roundhouse on February 25th. Tickets are priced between £10 and £25 and doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
