MILLENNIUM Rewards is the loyalty programme for you, the hotel "booker". We know that you want to book quality hotels for your clients and colleagues that will reflect your own personal sense of style. We also know that your life is hectic and you want to speak to a hotel personally that will recognise your needs and respond to your enquiry in a timely manner. This program is available in Europe only.

How does it work?

As a member of MILLENNIUM Rewards you will be issued with your own unique membership number. We will also issue you with a list of Reservation numbers that you can call whenever you need a hotel across any of our locations worldwide. This will enable you to make a booking direct with a hotel, (overseas bookings will be handled through our Customer Service Department) where all of your companies personal needs can be addressed. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels will then reward you with one MILLENNIUM Reward point per room night booked. This becomes two points for every room night booked outside of Europe!

What can you do with these points? Well it's simple, you can choose from a range of fantastic Rewards. Vouchers that entitle you to dine or stay in any Millennium & Copthorne Hotel worldwide, shopping vouchers to spend on luxury food or designer clothing, or for the more adventurous of you who really like to let your hair down at the weekend, eXhilaration vouchers.

So what's stopping you? Just complete and return the registration form and once your application has been approved we'll send you your membership number and personal reservation numbers. Then all you have to do is get booking and remember to quote your membership number every time that you book!

If you are an existing member and would like to either redeem your points or check your points balance please visit www.millenniumhotels.com/rewards and access your personal account. If you would like to make a booking at any of our hotels in the UK please call the hotel direct with your MILLENNIUM Rewards membership number to hand.

If you would like to make a booking at any of our overseas properties and receive double points on your booking please call our Central Reservations Team on 0845 30 20001 with your MILLENNIUM Rewards membership number to hand.

Terms & Conditions

1. Members of MILLENNIUM rewards should be regularly making bookings for Clients and/or Colleagues. Membership is subject to acceptance by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels who retain the right to refuse membership. Membership is restricted to EU residents.

2. MILLENNIUM rewards members' may not claim any benefits for a booking from any other promotion or loyalty programme operated by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.

3. Membership in the Millennium & Copthorne hotels Rewards Programme is linked to the member's employer. Should for any reason this link cease, the Rewards Points awarded remain at the employer's discretion.

4. MILLENNIUM rewards Points will only be issued for room nights booked on a qualifying rate. This does not include, Weekend Rates, Promotional or Discounted rates. Membership of the MILLENNIUM rewards Programme must precede any qualifying bookings.

5. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserve the right to declare invalid those reservations it has reason to believe are not in accordance with the rules of this incentive programme and to withdraw the incentive at any time. No cash alternative is available against MILLENNIUM rewards Points. MILLENNIUM rewards Points cannot be earned in respect of a reservation that is subject to an incentive from another award programme.

6. Members of MILLENNIUM rewards are not able to claim MILLENNIUM rewards Points for any booking that is made in their name, or for them. All bookings must be made on behalf of a colleague or client.

7. MILLENNIUM rewards Points will only be awarded for your booking once the guest has checked out of the hotel and paid for the booking. Cancelled bookings are not eligible and points will subsequently be debited if awarded as a result of a booking that is subsequently cancelled.

8. MILLENNIUM rewards Points are only awarded for room nights on the basis of one point per room night booked. Group bookings will only be eligible to earn points where the group consists of less than ten rooms on any one night.

9. MILLENNIUM rewards points are awarded for Meetings and Events on the basis of one point per £100 of the final paid value of the booking. The minimum value of a booking to qualify for points is £1000. All other conditions regarding Meetings and Events bookings must be met including quoting the MILLENNIUM rewards membership number when making the original booking enquiry and subsequent confirmation of the booking.

10. The redemption value of points may be varied at any time at the discretion of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.

11. Agents or employees of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels are not eligible for membership. "Agents" includes employees of business travel agencies, retail travel agencies and conference/event booking agencies.

12. By registering in MILLENNIUM rewards all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the programme.

13. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels with its agents cannot accept responsibility for any tax liability for participants in this programme. Under the Taxes Act of 1988 a statement of the vouchers issued to each participant will be provided on a regular basis to enable participants to make their relevant declaration.

14. Points earned may be carried forward for up to twelve months from the date of issue. Any points not redeemed within 12 months will be invalidated. Claims must be in multiples of £10.

15. All queries over points awarded must be made within six weeks of your guest's check out date.
