Millennium Rewards is a loyalty programme which has been created specially for you - the hotel booker. It offers you the opportunity to earn points at 24 hotels across the UK and Europe, because we believe you deserve more than just a "Thank You"

How do I join?

To register, please access www.millenniumhotels.co.uk/rewards and click on JOIN NOW.

Once your application form has been approved, we will send you your individual membership number. Please allow 5 working days for online applications to be processed.

How do I book?

Simply make a booking by either calling the hotel direct, or by calling our Central Reservations Department on: 0845 30 20001

Remember – Always quote your membership number when making a booking, in order to receive your points.

How do I redeem?

You can redeem your points for Millennium & Copthorne Hotel vouchers, or Marks & Spencer vouchers - the choice is yours. Simply visit your online account and make your selection. The vouchers of your choice will be delivered to either your home, or work address, depending on your preference.

Please allow 14 working days from date of request to receive your vouchers.

NOTE: Please allow 14 working days from your guest’s date of departure for your points to be credited to your account.

  Terms & Conditions

  1. Millennium Rewards members should be regularly making bookings direct at the hotels or via Central Reservations. Membership is subject to acceptance by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels who reserve the right to refuse membership.
  2. For bookings to be valid they need to be made by phone, either by calling the hotel direct, or via our Central Reservations Department. Members MUST ensure they quote their membership number when making all bookings including meetings and events.
  3. Membership is restricted to UK residents only.
  4. Millennium Rewards members are not eligible to claim benefits from any other promotion or loyalty programme.
  5. Membership in the Millennium Rewards programme is linked to the member’s employer. Should for any reason this link cease, the rewards points awarded remain at the employer’s discretion.
  6. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserve the right to declare invalid those reservations it has reason to believe are not in accordance with the rules of this incentive programme – i.e. any reservations made via a third party or agent.
  7. No cash alternative is available against Millennium Rewards points.
  8. Members of the programme cannot claim points for any booking that is made in their name.
  9. Millennium Rewards points will only be awarded for your booking once the guest has checked out of the hotel and paid for the booking. Please allow 14 working days for your Millennium Rewards points to be credited to your account and 14 working days from the date of request to receive your vouchers.
  10. Cancelled bookings are not eligible and points will be debited if awarded.
  11. Millennium Rewards points are only awarded for room nights on the basis of 1 point per room night booked, or 2 points when booking France and Germany.
  12. This programme is not available for group bookings, a maximum of 9 rooms can be booked on this programme on the basis of 1 point per room night booked.
  13. Millennium Rewards points are only awarded for meetings and events on the basis of 1 point per £100 of the final paid value of the booking. The minimum value of the booking is £1000 for London and Europe and £500 for Provincial UK hotels.
  14. The redemption value of points may be varied at any time at the discretion of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.
  15. Agents and employees of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels are not eligible for membership. ‘ Agents’ include employees of business travel agencies, hotel booking agencies, retail travel agencies, online travel agencies and conference/event booking agencies.
  16. By registering onto the Millennium Rewards programme all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the programme.
