We are delighted to invite you to join Millennium A la Carte, our exclusive dining club. The benefits you will enjoy include a free meal for a guest on each occasion that you dine with us for lunch or dinner.

The cost of twelve months membership of Millennium A la Carte is just £25 (£35 for members living within the M25).

It is so easy to join. Simply download the application form and post to the address shown enclosing the membership fee. Your membership card and information pack will be sent within 7 days. Alternatively join at one of the participating hotels where a temporary membership card will be available right away so that you can start to benefit from the discount the next time you dine at a Millennium or Copthorne hotel.

We look forward to welcoming you as one of our regular Millennium A la Carte members over the coming year.

Important:
* Additional hotels may be added to the programme.

* Restrictions may apply to specific restaurants and/or times the card will be accepted. Please check at the time of making your A la Carte reservation. Generally, the card is not accepted for Christmas, New Year, public holidays and special days such as St. Valentine's Day and Mothers Day.

* You must always book in advance and quote that you are an A la Carte member in order to benefit from the discount.

* The offer excludes the cost of drinks.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Millennium A la Carte card remains the property of Millennium Hotels and Resorts

2. The Millennium A la Carte card must be signed prior to use and may not be used by any person other than that named on the card.

3. The card is valid for twelve months and expires at midnight on the last day of the month shown as the expiry date.

4. Your reservation must be made in advance and your Millennium A la Carte membership number quoted at the time of making a table reservation.

5. The card must be presented at the time of arrival. (Conditions 4 & 5 both need to be met in order to guarantee membership benefits).

6. The card may not be used to obtain discounted food in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. The Millennium A la Carte card entitles the member to a reduction in the food element of the bill when dining at one of the participating restaurants for lunch or dinner. A maximum of two members may present their cards at any one table. Each cardholder must be accompanied by a minimum of one guest in order to obtain a discount.

8. The discount is calculated by taking the average cost of food ordered by the cardholder and guests and discounting one share per card. (E.g. if the cardholder and 1 guest order food costing £50, the bill is reduced by £25; if the cardholder and 2 guests order food costing £60 the reduction is £20).

9. The discount applies to food only and does not include any beverages (including coffee), service, cover charge (where applicable), or VAT.

10. Usage is subject to availability. Individual restaurants may have periods when they are unable to accept the card

11. The card is only accepted for special events at the discretion of the individual restaurant's management. It is particularly important to check that the card will be accepted on occasions such as public holidays, Mothers Day etc.

12. Millennium Hotels and Resorts retain the right to vary, amend or cancel the terms of the Millennium A la Carte promotion at any time without any liability to the cardholders.
