If you have stayed at a European based Millennnium & Copthorne Hotel, but have forgotten to provide your Frequent Flyer membership card at check-in; simply email the below information to: marketing@millenniumhotels.co.uk entitling your email 'Milegage Retro Claim'. Claims can be made up to 3 months after a stay.
 
Information that will be required:

  • Full Name
  • Frequent Flyer membership number
  • Airline
  • *Invoice Number
  • *Check-in and check-out dates
  • *Hotel name
  • *Room Rate
  • *Total Revenue

* This information can be found on the invoice you are given upon check-out.
 
It is imperative the above details are provided in order for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels to process your claim via the airlines.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the claim to appear onto your membership account.
