Offer is available 1st-29th February 2012, at participating hotels only and is subject to availability. Rates are exclusive of VAT.The prices featured are ’from’ and as such may increase prior to booking depending on availability and demand at any given time. Based on two people sharing a standard double or twin bedroom. Please contact the hotel directly for specific details of the type of breakfast supplied with this rate. Dinner excludes beverages and is selected from an A la Carte or set menu and varies depending on hotel. The charge for the dinner is included within the cost of the reservation up to the value of £35 per person and no refund or equivalent will be given if the meal is not consumed or the full value of the allocation is not reached. Any items ordered in addition to the allocation provided, will be charged at the guests expense. Amendments can be made to your booking, free of charge, on or prior to 2pm the day prior to arrival. Any changes to a booking will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal more than your original reservation. Cancellations must be made by 14.00 hrs local hotel time on the day prior to arrival, to avoid a one night charge being applied. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. This rate is non commissionable. This offer applies to new bookings only, and cannot be applied retrospectively. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. Millennium and Copthorne Hotels shall not be responsible for any losses that result from customer’s failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of income or revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data, even if such losses result from Millennium and Copthorne Hotels’ deliberate personal repudiatory breach of these Terms.
