Room with Breakfast. Terms & Conditions
- Offer available at all participating European Hotels.
- Offer is subject to availability.
- Guests’ must contact the hotel for specific details of the type of breakfast supplied.
Majority of hotels serve Full English breakfast with a select few offering Continental.
- Amendments can be made to your booking, free of charge, on or prior to 2pm on date of
arrival. The amendment can only be made within the original promotion and at the original hotel
chosen. Note any changes to a booking will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal
more than your original reservation.
- Rate is non commissionable.
- Booking shall not be confirmed until customer has submitted valid credit card details
- Millennium and Copthorne Hotels shall not be responsible for any losses that result from
customer’s failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of income or revenue, loss of profit,
loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data, even if such losses result from
Millennium and Copthorne Hotels’ deliberate personal repudiatory breach of these Terms.
Leisure for Longer. Terms & Conditions
- Offer subject to availability.
- Discount given is between 15% and 25%, depending on the individual hotel, on a stay of 3
nights or more at all European hotels. Discount is applied to the Best Available Rate given at the
point of booking and varies depending on the specific hotel.
- The cost of one night will be taken from your card within 24 hours of your reservation
being made and is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the intended
date of arrival. Cancellations made after this time will result in the full amount of the stay
being taken from the card used to book the reservation.
- Amendments can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the
intended date of arrival within the original promotion; however will be subject to a re-calculation
of rates which may equal more than the original reservation.
- Amended reservations will remain bound by the terms of the original booking.
- Valid at participating Millennium & Copthorne hotels only.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any
time, without notice.

Advance Purchase. Terms & Conditions
- Offer subject to availability and available at participating hotels.
- Discount given is between 10% and 20% depending on the individual hotel. Discount is
applied to the Best Available Rate given at the point of booking and varies depending on the
specific hotel.
- The advance purchase rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and the
discount is non transferable.
- The cost of one night will be taken from your card within 24 hours of your reservation
being made and is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the intended

Shortbreaks – Dinner Package. Terms & Conditions
- Offer is subject to availability and subject to participating hotels.
- Offer is based on two adults sharing. Single supplements will apply.
- Offer is subject to a minimum and maximum of 2 nights.
- Breakfast type varies depending on hotel; however the majority offer Full English
breakfast
- Dinner excludes beverages and is selected from an A la Carte or set menu and varies
depending on hotel.
- The charge for the dinner is included within the cost of the reservation and no refund or
equivalent will be given if the meal is not consumed. Any items ordered in addition to the menu
provided, will be charged at the guests’ expense.
- Amendments can be made free of charge within the original promotion; however will be
subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal more than the original reservation
- Cancellations must be made by 2pm local hotel time on date of arrival, to avoid a one
night charge being applied.
- Amended reservations will remain bound by the terms of the original booking.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any
time
