- Amendments can be made to your booking, free of charge, on or prior to 2pm on day of arrival. The amendment can only be made within the original promotion and at the original hotel chosen. Note any changes to a booking will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may equal more than your original reservation Amended reservations will remain bound by the terms of the original booking
